Anyone ever make a to eat list?
I just went through my cupboard this morning to look for stuff that’s beyond it’s “best by” date. Here’s what I found:
Polenta.Eaten Monday. I must have bought this at least 2 years ago and still never made it- Tofu
- A Soybean side dish
- 8 packets of Kashi 5 grain oatmeal. I love this stuff, even if it expired last fall I’m eating it! It’s oatmeal people, that doesn’t go bad.
- Fennel. Added Monday.
So, looks like I’ve got some creative work cut out for me this week.
